Why do I have charges from NCSOFT on my billing statement?


Charges occur when a customer purchases a game or additional content. If you did not make these purchases, please see below.

How do I get a refund for these charges? What if I do not recognize this charge?

If you have charges on your billing statement from NCSOFT that you wish to dispute or would like to request a refund, we can be reached by phone (866.367.9516) or email (fraud@ncsoft.com).

Please provide the following information:

  • First and Last Name on Credit Card
  • Last 4 Digits of Credit Card
  • Billing Address
  • Date Charged
  • Amount Charged
